Dubrovskoye Eco-Farm
A diversified producer of premium dairy products in Udmurtia. For five years we managed the project under an EPCM (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) contract, from initial concept through to full design capacity.

Concept 2015–2016
Agreed with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Economic Development; recognized as the best investment project of 2016.
Design and expert reviews 2017
Design documentation and detailed construction documentation prepared following the tender. It passed all required expert reviews, including the bank’s credit assessment.
Organic standards
A program for transitioning to organic farming, with certification in Germany and Russia.
Procurement and supply 2017
Equipment selection, contracts with Finnish and Danish partners for livestock supply.
Construction 2018–2020
Management of construction and the supply chain, commissioning of facilities.
Start-up and ramp-up to design capacity
Recruiting and training staff, starting up production lines, and helping develop the product brand.
