We find what limits output
Equipment, process flow, how work is organized within a shift, or raw materials. The bottleneck is often not where people look for it.
We reconfigure the process, not the buildings
We change the sequence of operations, equipment layout and configuration, and material flows within the production area.
Start-up with minimal downtime
We plan the modifications to keep production line downtime to a minimum.
We continue to provide maintenance and spare parts
We find replacements for European equipment and organize the supply of spare parts.
